Cosy, well furnished and equipped single room. Good sized shower room with nice toiletries. Impressive hospitality tray extras- a hot chocolate, quality biscuit plus wee tub of Pringles. Excellent breakfast menu, my smoked salmon and poached eggs were plentiful and delicious. In a quiet residential area. I enjoyed the 25mins stroll into the centre.

The breakfast was ample but not exceptional. The neighborhood seemed a safe place to park our car full of our stuff to explore more after check out. These were the only positive things.
There was no one at the desk and the person in charge lived across the street. No information was available about the area and things seemed to be getting run down. It didn't seem a safe place to ask to store our baggage since the front door was usually unlocked and no one was there unless you made a phone call. It was only moderately clean.
