This hotel is absolutely fantastic, the first thing, the staff, extremely friendly and kind! The rooms were excellent with an amazing view. The breakfast amazing too. I really enjoyed the spa is well.

The staff was always super kind!
Not very vegetarian friendly. The kitchen uses a lot of hard local cheeses like Casera, and I don't think they realize that these kinds of cheeses still contain animal rennet, so it was hard to eat as a vegetarian (and impossible for a vegan one), I had to eat out way more than expected.

The Spa was great
The coziness and authenticity of the place was disappointing, as the staff was not welcoming. Also, although we were told that dogs would be welcome and we would have dog beds provided, no such services for dogs were there, despite paying 50€ extra. On top of all this, the quality of the dinner’s dishes was awful. Worst ‘Pizzoccheri’ ever had in our life. One of our guests also got hurt while eating some overcooked/burnt meat. In one the rooms, the heating was stuck so it was scorching the whole night which made it impossible to sleep and the windows could not be opened as it was on a shared terrace. TV was not working as well as the shower gel bottle. Finally, no flip flops provided and we had to pay for them.
