Sometimes AC wasn’t working as it should be

Our stay was pleasant. We liked that our room got cleaned even though we left it at irregular hours. The furniture was old but not worn down and kept nicely. The AC was easy to manage. We got a balcony with a beautiful view over the cathedral. The main entry hall to the hotel was very beautiful and felt inviting. We loved especially that we were able to come and go whenever we pleased and that the hotel was open 24/7.
Unfortunately our floor wasn’t vacuumed anymore towards the end of the stay, which lead to a lot of dirt buildup. The towels smelled sour, especially the ones we had when we arrived. My partner didn’t have a socket on his side of the bed to charge his phone, and a socket in the bathroom was also missing. The controls to the shower were very weird and frustrating to use at first. The lights in the room were a bit dim.
