Place has style. Beautiful grounds with vineyard adjacent that had very nice views. public areas and rooms furnished with well preserved antique furniture. Top flight breakfast with largev variety was included with stay as was wine reception each evening from 7 to 8 pm. On Sat night of our stay reception included live Argentine folk music worth including in your evening plan. Staff helpful and friendly, bed comfortable and place quiet and peaceful. If traveling with car, plenty of safe manned gated parking. Close to highway, and straight shot drive to Cafayate main plaza area.
Biggest negative for us was poor internet wifi. I was rarely able to connect during our stay. It did not matter to us but driveway in was stone and a bit bumpy and room key is like old European locks where you turn 2 revolutions to lock or unlock door.

The setting, the friendliness and super attentiveness, the breakfast, the decoration, the massage was amazing! The winery with good wines.

Excellent location next to the winery, 5 minutes to the Cafayate main square.
Great breakfast but the expresso coffee was extra paid.
Staff very professional.
Well maintained old spanish colonial building with a lot of amenities.
Nice courtesy wine served at eve time.
Very pricy but consistent with the unique facilities.

friendly staff, very clean and perfectly maintenated hotel.
Included 21% VAT into “total to pay” and didn’t show the details of cost. Was trying to confuse us, so we would pay this extra amount of 21% by talking about rate exchange rate of USD/ARS (foreigners paying with foreign credit card are not supposed to pay this tax). After long discussing, agreed that there were making a mistake. So please, pay attention to your bill when you check-out. Everything else was perfect!
