The restaurant had very good food. The staff was very friendly. The views were beautiful.
Our room needed some updates for the price we paid. The ceiling fan is falling apart (not desirable when laying in bed and looking up at it) The toilet is very out of date. The bedding was a little stained.

It's on a cliff so a bit far from the beach.

Location is amazing! Staff service was absolutely fantastic, very kind and polite.
Oliver from housekeeping was very kind to wash the dishes for us.
The hotel room was old needing renovations. The 2123 and 2124 joint rooms were spacious however dishwasher was broken, the A/C very noisy, the bathroom sink was very slow. Furniture and facilities are old style.
Fair to good value for money considering the staff is great and the hotel has its own beach and whale watching. The family pool “C” bar closes very early at 5pm. The hotel dining restaurant “Inizio” had a lovely view, set up and ambience, the staff was very polite. However, the food was very average and costly. I would consider dining somewhere else.
