The rooms where newly refreshed. Very functional & clean. They accept dogs which was handy. The carpark closes at night & on a weekend in June there was space. The room we had was quiet. The breakfast had plenty of choice and as it was summer we ate on the terrace. There is a swimming pool that was not operational but I was clearly notified that it was not & I'd read in the comments that it would be the case. The staff was efficient.
The welcome was efficient but could have been warmer & spontaneously informative (wifi, breakfast times....)

The Staff is awesome. Very nice and helpful. The room has a good size for hotels like these in France. Everything worked on the room. Internet connection and speed were really good.
Internet just did not work for a couple of hours, besides that it worked well. A lot of dust on the floor sometimes, not sure if there was some work being done that spread that dust.

The service is terrible. They almost never answer via booking. I requested one month before to put all my reservations on the same floor as we were travelling with two 90 year old ladies and needed to be near them, they confirmed this but then when we got the rooms they were not able to give us rooms on the same floor. The night of Thursday we asked the time for the breakfast for Friday and they said until 10 am. We arrived Friday morning to the breakfast at 9h35 and the lady there told us it was closing and that we were too late. She was very grumpy and rude. The pool was not open. There is no cleaning of the room and we were not told about it upon arrival. There is nothing near the place, you need a car to get there
