Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Staff and Facilities

The staff was incredibly kind and the pool and facilities were spotless. The airport transfer was smooth, and I'm glad I opted for it.

Cleanliness in the kitchen and semi-outdoor bathroom could be better. Earplugs recommended due to early morning rooster and dog noise nearby.

Really spacious accommodation & the hosts were very attentive - always there when needed. The bed was really comfortable. We came off a really late flight and still had someone there to meet us. Great value for money. We were only staying 1 night so didn’t have time to enjoy the beautiful pool area.

Was very happy with the reception room and pool Very sedate didn't need the evening attention re turning back the bedding etc Warung across the road had great food 😋

Beautiful villa, would definitely recommend.

The property was very beautiful and maintained well. The staff were beyond amazing with excellent customer service and were always willing to go the extra mile.

As the villa we stayed in was indoors / outdoors we needed to keep on top of lighting mosquito coils, however as long as they were burning there were generally no mosquitos.

We had a pleasant stay and the hospitality was top notch. We stayed for 5 days in Citta Luxury Suite and the room is so beautiful, unique with private garden, big living area and kitchen. The bathtub was nice. The property is located at 10 -15 mins distance from Canggu which has the most popular party places. We were treated with great care and staff is very friendly. Hotel has an amazing and clean swimming pool with jacuzzi. We will definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Seminyak.

The villa is actually above our expectations. Very large spaces, kitchen, living room, nice bathtub.

The staff was waiting for us, and it was very handy. And he is so friendly too.

I would like to thank all the staff and their manager Made for their excellent service, extreme kindness and the care with which they do their work. A lush oasis and luxury accommodations in the heart of Seminyak

Beautifully appointed and spacious suite. The pool and gardens are stunning. Quiet location but easy walk into the heart of Seminyak. Staff always available and super helpful.

Wifi seemed a bit unstable. I didn’t always have a signal inside the villa but when I asked for help they would reset the router and get me back online online.

definitely not value for money. staff are fine but def don’t go above and beyond.

the staff are nice and the pool is pretty. but the villas are not advertised correctly on booking.com.

misleading in terms of the facilities and what would be included in the villa. also lack of security. the bathroom is open air but you cannot lock the door from the outside to ensure your villa isn’t accessible through said bathroom. the one bed villa also opens out directly into the pool and all other guests can see into your villa when they are in the pool..
