Great location..that’s why I chose it.
Air conditioner was old and dropped condensate on the floor..wasn’t particularly cool ie didn’t work properly.

Access to the beach, excellent. Beds very comfortable. Staff very attentive.

Location and facilities.
The Room outlook. We stayed in room 530 which overlooked the Jayakarta Apartments and not the gardens as were hoping.

Good location and good for families. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast buffet was good.
Personally, not for me. Large resort and Incredibly noisy. Spa services had construction happening next door, not relaxing at all which is what I expect when I’m having a massage. Clean rooms but very old. Towels looked like they were 100 years old. Definitely needs a refurb. Lots of kids and noise from above and the hallways if you’re on the ground floor.
