Absolutely gorgeous room and the surroundings were stunning.The pool was beautifully clean and the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Also loved the cooing doves and then gentle crowing of roosters in the morning
Seemed to be difficult for taxi drivers to find and was hard to leave due to a festival blocking the streets in the area so had to wait over an hour to get a taxi

The rooms were massive, the bathroom was massive. Lots of privacy. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly. They did their best to make us comfortable. The location is central and we could walk around on the street, and do some shopping, Kuta was just 10mins away in taxi.
Must say the staff went out of their way to accommodate for an early breakfast for us as we needed to leave by 8am, they ensured our breakfast was ready at 7.30 so we can eat and leave by 8am for our day. Really appreciate this. Thank you to the kitchen staff and the reception for making this possible.
The place is pretty old and needs a lot of maintenance. We were not able to use the private pool as it was dirty and leaves and flowers were everywhere. The outside of the room needs a lot of attention. However the main pool looked ok.
Our room was located on the ground level and every time someone flushed the toilet, we could hear in our bedroom and it was quite annoying.
On the website, it shows a tumble dryer but there was no such thing and upon enquiring, was told that they do not have one and it was an error on the booking website.
While the room was clean and spacious, the outside of our room was a big letdown. Every time we walked into or out of our room, it disappointed us. Felt like we wasted our money getting a room with private pool but not able to use it at all.

The way the staff treats you is impeccable they are there to service all your needs. The property is outstanding in an excellent location walking distance to Bintang market and surrounding beautiful shops.
