The private pool , the welcoming drink , and the staff , everything was perfect, and the most important it was insect free.
Everything was amazing.

The staff and hospitality were amazing! So kind and made us feel at home. The location was lovely too as it was out of the busy area of Seminyak but still closer enough to get to restaurants and bars easily etc.

Best hotel experience I've ever experienced. Second time in Bali and my partner picked this hotel for its aesthetic look. What you see in the picture is exactly the same as what you see in real life. Thank you so much to the staff for being so generous and accommodating and for going well above and beyond in their service!
The location is a bit far from markets and other locations, so I wouldn't suggest walking to places. However no big deal as taxi and bike are cheap.

The reception staff were really nice, I liked the details in the room and the welcome foot ritual. Yuli from the staff was great! The breakfast was good
The property is not within walking distance to anything and it's very dark at night so not recommendable to walk specially if you're a solo traveler. They offer a cart service to take you into town but is not hourly it's only a few times a day. Unfortunately, I saw a cockroach in the kitchen area the first day I arrived and they only have one restaurant so not great specially since the hotel is far from everything else. I also had a very unpleasant experience with the SPA staff, I had a complementary massage which they offered to give me at the lobby area during a very busy time, which made me feel very uncomfortable so I rejected the massage and that was on my very last day. So not a great way to say goodbye to a client.
