The room itself was very good, the service throughout our stay was pleasant, and the in-room dining was particularly impressive—we really enjoyed both the quality of the food and the service.
Our experience at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach started on a slightly disappointing note. Unfortunately, our room was not ready by the expected 3:00 PM check-in time, and after arriving and looking forward to settling in and relaxing, having to wait was not the first impression we had hoped for.
We appreciated that the team offered us drinks and food while we waited, which was a kind gesture. However, at that moment, what we really needed after our journey was the opportunity to get into our room, unwind, and rest rather than eat or drink.

The staff at this hotel are adorable, very helpful and very nice.
I loved the pool area, it's surrounded by trees and it's quiet. Sunbeds are comfy.
We had a spacious room on the ground floor overlooking the pool area, it was bit on the dark side but it was comfortable.
The hotel takes the security of guests very seriously, I felt very safe going in and out of the hotel.
The breakfast is very asian.
The towels in the room are a bit dated and so are the rooms and for the price we paid, the rooms need a bit of a revamp.
Other than that, we had a good stay.
