The villa was huge, and very comfortable. Staff went out of their way to assist.
The hotel section was closed for renovations but it wasn’t a problem.
Great location
An information compendium in the villa would have been helpful ie; we weren’t aware that we had to pay for a sunlounge on the beach . It wasn’t a problem, but would have been good to know

Our villas were amazing, the staff were always on hand and attentive - location was fabulous - whilst the beach club is currently operating the front area - the staff from Mrs Sippy were also very respectful - we always had great access to the pool and tne restaurant and bar.
Whilst the hotel was undergoing renovations - it really did not bother us at all - I can’t wait to go back when it’s all complete to stay at this hotel again

Fantastic location with spacious villa. Nice shared facilities in adjacent beach club.
Villa interior needs a facelift and interim maintenance (broken lights, fridge/tv not working), old linen, general cleanliness could be improved.

The location was right on the beach.
Arranged airport transfer arriving at 10:30pm and nobody picked us up. When I rang the hotel they just hung up on me and when I rang back they said no one is available to pick us up.
