Great location and the staff were amazing

This was beyond my wildest imagination! We took a family suite. Private onsen on the top floor balcony with views of the bay and Atami Castle. Absolutely Magical. The dinner and Breakfast is an experience in itself. Out of this world!
Absolutely nothing. Maybe a bit more of English translation of the menus at dinner and breakfast so we knew what we were eating, but otherwise it was fabulous.

It was very quaint and conveniently located. Our room was amazing and the staff as well.
A little hard to find if you are unfamiliar with the area and relying on Google maps. Perhaps a clear map from the train station guests in advance would be most helpful especially for those of us we do not read or speak Japanese

Everything 🤩
The upper suites in the new building were not accessible by elevator. Had to take the stairs part of the way. However, staff carried all of our luggage so that was not a hindrance.
