The hotel was comfortable and convenient for our stay. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The hotel is a little dated in some areas and could benefit from some refurbishment. Other than that, we did not have any major issues during our stay.

Near to restaurant, farmacy and shopping mall
Need to upgrade the facility such as door and mattress. The room just front of the office. 2nd choice for customer to choose this hotel.

The staff were friendly, and I appreciated that a drinking water dispenser was available for guests.
The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. There was no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Basic room amenities, such as a toothbrush, were also not provided.
