Nella camera “Gancia” il sistema di condizionamento non era regolabile e non riusciva a mantenere una temperatura confortevole con il caldo esterno. Nonostante la segnalazione allo staff, la situazione non è migliorata, la struttura e inaccessibile per i disabili
