Hotel Blümlisalp is located amid the First and Männlichen Ski and Hiking Area, on the road to the Upper Grindelwald Glacier. The ski bus stop is in front of the hotel and runs every 15 min. In winter, you can ski right down to the hotel.

Excellent location and view. Very clean hotel. Large room. Dog friendly. Plenty of parking right outside of hotel. I would recommend this hotel
I wish the room would have had a fan and a mini fridge. Breakfast could be improved.

Quiet and away from the busy and crowded town. Gorgeous view from our balcony.
You had to catch the last bus from town around 6:30. Taxi ride from hotel to town was $45 CHF if there is no early bus.

The room was clean and roomy- loved the balcony.
The breakfast was ok but lacked variety for a hot breakfast. Maybe there was not a lot put out at a time so as not to waste food that wasn’t eaten? For what we paid, I would have expected more. A kettle and hair dryer in the room would have been appreciated.

The aspect and the view from our room absolutely magnificent
Towels that were very thin and small and didn’t dry properly. Having to pay for tap water at meal times. Inattention to our needs towards the end of the meal, the owner talking other guests at the table next to us and then being told off the next morning for not paying. We were there for 4 nights so that attitude was not necessary
