The location of the property
It is not a standard of a hotel. It is more like a pensione/motel. The room did have even complementary water coffee or tea.

The hotel has a central location, near the park, Casino and old town.
It has been renovated , the rooms are big and sparkling clean.
The staff is friendly and polite.
We found inconveniences related with our personal comfort:
The sink level is very high even for the adults and the restaurant is not linked to the hotel.
You have to pass a small yard to the restaurant entrance.
