The accommodation is in a great location, in a quiet residential area where locals live, yet still very close to the town centre. There is also a Spar supermarket just a few minutes away.
The room was very well equipped, with a large fridge, TV, a fantastic bathroom and a huge, incredibly comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, as did the Wi-Fi. The room was spotless and felt modern and well maintained.
The owner, Davor, lives on the property and is a very kind, helpful and friendly person. He was always available whenever we needed anything and speaks English very well.
We arrived by e-bike, and Davor kindly allowed us to keep our bikes safely in his garage overnight. We were also able to charge them there, which was a great bonus.
Thank you for the wonderful experience — everything was great! We would happily come back anytime. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at Rooms & Apartments Milka in Umag. Even though we stayed only for a short time, everything was excellent from start to finish.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is great — peaceful and quiet, while still being very close to the beach, restaurants and the old town area.
The host were extremely friendly and welcoming, and communication was easy throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, parking was convenient and the overall atmosphere was very warm and relaxing.
Everything matched the description perfectly, and we would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Umag.
