Nice rooms great service. The view from the hotel bar is amazing only to spend an evening there it’s already worth the visit. The package for a full day of activity with horseback riding hot springs hanging bridges culture tour lunch waterside and ziplline beats any price I’ve ever came across in Costa Rica if you go there don’t skip this offer every single tour is amazing. The hotsprings are beautiful and there is a lot of attention to detail everywhere. The animals that „work“ for the hotel are well taken care at which as an animal lover is really important to me. The staff is super attentive and friendly

Our lodge was in a great location, with easy access to the pick-up point for the hot springs.
The food selection in the restaurant was quite limited, and since the property is in a very isolated location, eating elsewhere wasn't really an option. The road leading to the property was also in very poor condition. Perhaps it was because we visited during the low season, but the whole place felt a little empty and lacked atmosphere. We also found the activities offered to be somewhat expensive compared with what you actually get.

The cabins were nice. Nice to have the outdoor sitting area and hammock.
Love the inclusion of the hot springs and tractor ride there was really enjoyable

The property is really big and have beautiful views.
There’s no air conditioner and no fridge on the rooms. Is far from everything.
