Great beaches nearby.

This was a good location for a couple of nights in the Vendee. There are glorious beaches nearby - we were able to walk for miles - and even out of season, it was easy to find places to eat. The hosts were welcoming and the property clean and fine for a couple of nights' stay.

After we had made our booking we received the confirmation details from the property stating that there is an extra charge for the supply of bed linen and towels (around 20 Euros) We also had the impression from previous reviews and photographs that there was a small enclosed terrace, which would have been ideal for us as we were travelling with two dogs. However, only one of the two available holiday properties has this - ours had a small terrace which was open onto the drive so, although we could sit outside, we had to keep the dogs tied up. Kitchen equipment is very basic.

Satisfaisant

Joli petit logement de vacances, excentré et au calme. Suffisamment équipé. Hôtes accueillants et serviables. Lit confortable. Ventilateur au plafond dans la pièce principale et sur pied dans la chambre, ce qui est bien agréable et nécessaire.

Propreté/hygiène des accessoires de cuisine et des accessoires de ménage, du sol (sdb) et matelas/sommier. Pas de volet à la fenêtre de la sdb ce qui permet à la chaleur de se diffuser dans le logement. Barre de douche trop basse pour régler le pommeau plus haut.
