Ya que booking lo pregunta, el desayuno no está incluido, pero hay cocina para que te puedas hacer tú lo que quieras y se facilita café y té por un precio módico.
Los anfitriones son muy amables y hacen todo lo posible por facilitar peticiones razonables. La casa es muy tranquila y está muy limpia y bien ventilada, las camas son cómodas, la ducha amplia y muy caliente y la cocina tiene lo suficiente. No probé la sauna por falta de tiempo, pero por un módico suplemento te puedes dar una buena sesión de relax.
Si viajas al Messe como yo, el autobus se coge y deja en la puerta; muy buena ubicación.

La ubicación es un tanto alejada del centro de la ciudad pero esto ya lo sabíamos. Ideal para una estancia más tranquila. Llegamos mas tarde de lo previsto y nos recibieron muy bien. Recomendamos
No tengo críticas como tal. Quizás la cocina podría estar equipada con algunas cosas extra pero estuvo correcto

Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist schön ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage des Haus ist top, ganz in der Nähe von München.
