Location, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, value for money.
Showers a little dated. Shower heads didn’t stay in place.

Position very close to the slopes
The rooms and in general the forniture are very old and there is no SPA

breakfast had a good selection and good bread.
seemed like the hotel was understaffed, staff constantly all over the place and not caring too much for guests. Also the walls in the bedroom are quite thin and you could hear people in nearby rooms and the acres ski chalet close by. we also got stuck in the elevator for 1 hour until someone showed up to let us out. decor and hotel is totally outdated, a renovation is needed
