Poor communication and not English-speaking.

I did not receive any keys upon arrival and got confirmed by phone that the reservation was cancelled, which led us to having to find a back up accommodation for the night at around ten in the evening. We were unable to stay at the accommodation.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay!

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Immediate Action Required Dear Booking.com Customer Service, We are writing to formally complain about our recent booking. We had a confirmed reservation at Nad Přehradou 8, Brno, but one day before our arrival, the property owner informed us that the apartment was already occupied by other guests, and we were forced to move to Adamcova 8, Brno. This last-minute change caused significant disruption, and the alternative apartment was unacceptable: No television, despite being listed. Electric kettle not functioning. Sofa extremely dirty and covered with sheets to hide the dirt (not to mention the odor). Such treatment is unacceptable, especially after receiving booking confirmation. We request immediate compensation, such as a partial refund or other appropriate measures, to address this inconvenience. We expect your prompt response and resolution of this matter. La camera si trova in periferia di Brno in una zona residenziale, palazzi di nuova costruzione, per noi era fondamentale la vicinanza allo zoo facilmente raggiungibile con il bus, centro commercale vicinissimo a piedi. Appartamento monolocale grande e ben fornito.
