The food
I paid room for 3 pax, exactly i choose room that accomodate for 3 person. But when I check in surpisingly breakfast only for 2 after I ask then get for 3 person. Then when enter the room, the towel etc only for 2 person. So why charge me for 3 & make me choose for 3…is it for marketing only?. FYI the towel looks really bad & awful, please told the hotel to change for the new towel. Room with lake view but if you check theres no view, please change this mesleading ads in the booking.com. tqvm
