The property and chalet was beautiful and clean! The bed was super comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked how it was an easy, direct walk to the beach. Also, there is a shop across the street that had the largest baleadas I have ever seen in my life and they were so good!
The A/C in the living room wasn’t working and my dad was staying in that room, however they accommodated us for the night and placed him in another room till it got fixed the next morning. They also compensated us for the hassle, which was great customer service. There could also be more breakfast options but what they had each day for breakfast was really yummy!

Our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The AC was fantastic which is a big deal in Roatan in August. The breakfasts were delicious, and the bird life was divine. The manager was helpful and the attached restaurant Kristi’s was excellent.
We were worried to see caged parrots and some turtles in a cement pool with no plants. The traffic noise from the street was very loud at times.

When entering breakfast there was a table and staff did not mention anything about 2 options of breakfast until I made coffe and toasted bread with jelly.
