About this apartment rental
The small attic offers an enchanting 180 ° view over the historic center of Florence. It is located a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella station, and is well connected to the airport and public transport in the city, and is located in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants.
The house is a unique space consisting of:
- the living / sleeping area where the super king size double bed (200x200cm) and the double sofa bed are located;
- the kitchen area, equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, various utensils;
- the comfortable bathroom with shower, as well as of course the sink, toilet and bidet.
From the large sunny windows you can see the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, the Palazzo Vecchio, and also San Miniato and Piazzale Michelangelo, practically the entire historic center.
Finally, the large terrace completes the property: a 50 m² space where you can relax, have meals or drink a good glass of wine, admiring the spectacular 180 ° view of its center of Florence and its millenary beauty .
NB. Our guests have full exclusive access to the house.
It is also possible to agree for a SELF CHECK-IN, otherwise check-in is normally from 14 to 19, according to agreements to be made in advance on the day of arrival. Since it is not a professional activity (there is no reception), guests are kindly asked to communicate their arrival time as accurately as possible and, in case of delay, to communicate it as soon as possible.
Check-out is before 10am.
Check-ins after normal hours have an additional cost of 20 € (from 19 to 24).
THE TOURIST TAX of € 5,50 per person per day is TO BE PAID at check-in or to leave at check-out.
The price includes: bed linen, towels (courtesy kit), soaps and single-dose shower-shampoo, as well as a welcome kit (water, fruit juices and biscuits). Special requests are accepted (like a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates or a bouquet of flowers).

Wonderful Penthouse apartment with amazing views to historic centre. Air con but no washing machine but launderettes near. Also no safe but very secure door.Guglielmo is very helpful and any problems get in touch with him and he will help. Dont get a taxi from airport take the T2 tram travelling to University for 1 70 to Belvedere stop and apartment 200 metres from there. Bars at end of road but 15 minute walk takes you into centre.If you need to leave luggage before going home take your luggage to train station to deposit luggage for 4 per item per hour and the T2 tram stops outside to take you to the airport.

Loved the place and especially the rooftop terrace. Guilegmo is a friendly and excellent host. Would recommend a stay here if you’re going to Firenze.

Guglielmo (host) was very responsive and communicated directions from the airport - this apartment is easy to access from both the train station and the airport. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet after a long day of sightseeing. The bed is so comfortable. The outside deck is gorgeous- we had some rain but we did enjoy the moments we had to go out and enjoy the view and sunset of Florence. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our short stay.

Look no further if you are planning a trip to Florence and want a well appointed studio apartment. The location couldn’t be much better as it is close to the Belfiore tram stop (4 mins walking) that will get you anywhere you want to go in and around the Florence area. The terrace view is amazing and it’s facing west so the sunset (weather permitting) is gorgeous.
