Perfect price-quality ratio. Excellent location near the central plaza, nice restaurant in a left side street two or three blocks to the left, beds are comfortable, warm water in shower is very good, clean.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers for us for a reasonable price. I heard about a girl who was sick and was well cared for by the staff.
Great breakfast.
There is a common area where you can sit and where there is coffee, tea and water 24/7.
They clearly listen to reviews and make adjustments. For example, there are large fans right now. The manager asked for our feedback and listened intently.
It was a silent as one can expect for a hotel with a patio.
It can be damp and warm in the room, but the fans help a lot. An airconditioning would solve that problem, but it is probably not that kind of hotel and price.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Very good service. Our room was clean and away from the street so very quiet (restful). We also were thankful for being able to park our vehicle inside the courtyard (as requested at time of our reservation).
There was not anything we did not like.

Beautiful common areas, good location, very helpful staff — and included breakfast. Also very convenient to both taxis and the out-of-town buses I needed.
It was a bit pricey, compared to other places I stayed in Guatemala, and there were ants in the bathroom.

The staff were incredibly friendly. I had to leave early in the morning, and they made me a lunch for my trip. This was thoughtful, and I appreciate it. My room was comfortable, though hot.
The rooms were hot. For the price, the property might consider installing small air units in the rooms. The fans just were not enough.
