It’s close to Tokushima station, and you can walk to Bizan Ropeway and any other places.
They do not clean the room daily. You need to take out used towels and garbage yourself and then bring them back into the room. I really wish they would dust and vacuum the room to ensure health and prevent allergens or other health issues.

Good location, close walk to city center. Parking and station are closeby. Staff was very friendly. Low price
We stayed in a non smoking room. However, in the past this probably was a smoking room, as the stank was still present from the walls. Furthermore, the bed and pillow where not comfortable.
