The view is amazing and the pool is lovely. The size of the three bedroom villa is good.
Expensive for Thailand for what is actually is. The view is amazing, which is basically what you’re overpaying for. Loved the villa on the whole, but a bit grotty round the pool area and some other areas. It was 40c and there were no sun umbrellas; despite asking, so sitting outside was uncomfortable because there’s no shade at all. this was so uncomfortable for some as the air-con in the living area is poor too. Also, no beach towels the on second day were missing (despite the cleaner having been apparently). There is no key for the door… it is a code lock like you’d see on an office door / gate; it can’t be locked from the inside, so anyone that knows the code can let themselves in. There are also doors that don’t lock…being up in the jungle made us feel unsafe as someone actually walked in the villa middle of day without any reason; which was worrying and inappropriate as he didn’t even say why he’d let himself in. This was for a special birthday, and this wasn’t acknowledged in any way (considering the shop
is a taxi drive away, a few essentials would be good). place if things could be changed a little. We ordered a takeaway and was told the restaurant was closed over an hour after we placed the order with the reception. We then ordered from another restaurant who missed four items from the delivery, which wasn’t rectified. Overall, the customer service and experience isn’t up to the standard of the price being charged.
