Vila Guerreiro has been carefully refurbished with quality materials and good finishes, but maintaining its character and initial charm.
In this villa you can appreciate unique architectural features such as the spectacular hand-made brick vaulted ceilings, hand-painted tiles and its unique inner courtyard with a fish pond, where you can relax to the sound of the water fountain, or simply enjoy the sun and privacy of the interior space.
This charming villa has plenty of natural light from the many south-facing windows and doors and the inner courtyard. From this patio you can also access the bedrooms and living room, as well as the panoramic roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Facing south, the Villa has a covered terrace with a dining table with seating for 8 people, where you can also access the garden area with the pools, where you can enjoy sun all day.
The Villa has been tastefully decorated and equipped with everything our guests may need, the spacious living room features a large and comfortable sofa and digital satellite TV, radio, DVD player and Wifi internet,
This villa has 3 bedrooms, one en suite, with a luxurious bathroom, the other bedrooms have one double and two single beds, and share a spacious bathroom.
The kitchen has also been refurbished, but some of its original elements such as the typical Portuguese tiles have been retained, but modernized and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, etc.) also has a dining area with a large table where you can eat up to 8 people.

ABOUT LOCATION:
This villa has a great location, is central in Albufeira and it´s between the Oura area and the Oldtown, which you can easily reach on foot within 5 to 15 minutes.
The house is also very close to several beaches, such as Oura Beach, Aveiros Beach and Forte São João Beach.
If you stay in our villa you do not need a car, you can easily reach many places of interest, beaches, restaurants and shops on foot.
However, for those who prioritize a very calm and quiet location, this may not be the ideal choice.

ABOUT THE AREA
OURA
At 5min walking from the Villa, you can access the well-known and popular Strip, full of bars, restaurants and shops, full of excitement and early nightlife.
Oura beach with its long sandy beach is one of the best-known beaches in the whole Algarve. Those looking to feel the warmth of summer and all its surroundings, find here the ideal place.
However and if you are looking for a more relaxing holiday and Portuguese culture then we advise the old town.

Old Town
Albufeira's Old Town is calmer and more family-friendly than Oura, the central square is known for its liveliness and is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, where you can enjoy a nice meal or just have a drink and listen to live music.
The surrounding streets are also a delight, you can find a wide range of shops, from craft, clothing and leather shops, there are also many more restaurants and bars between shops so there is never a shortage of places to eat and drink!
There are two main beaches in the old town, Fisherman's Beach and Tunnel Beach, which are usually crowded with tourists during the bathing season.
Albufeira is also known for the quantity and quality of its beaches, being the county awarded with more blue flags.
