Our stay at Lampa Design Hotel in Istanbul was nothing short of perfection. A special mention must go to Semi, who made a remarkable impression on our stay, along with the entire staff who consistently went above and beyond standard hospitality expectations. Every single request was handled with incredible speed and genuine enthusiasm. Whether we needed immediate assistance, quick service support, or local recommendations, their responses were always prompt and flawless.
What impressed us most was their willingness to help far beyond their standard job duties.
