Good location near beach and shops.

The sofa bed was not comfortable although the double bed was great.

The place is superb and the host was really friendly as we received some hone made cakes. Our apartment was very quiet and far enough from the beach. Still you need to climb a little bit, but that is why you have a nice view. In our case this was a good deal.

I cannot think of anything that was not good. If the bathrooms would be a little bit bigger, that would have been nice, but nothing serious.

*Sea view *air conditioning *outdoor seating *Equipped kitchen - electric and gas stove *parking off the street *jacuzzi (did not use), *close to shopping mall and Lidl (requires walk uphill) *beaches in Crikvenica are amazing, the water is azure blue and very clean.

*Cleanliness - bedsheets and towels were full of animal (mostly cat) and human hair, cats peed on some of our items that we kept on the patio overnight *Uncomfortable bed - low, squeaky, too soft mattress and hard pillows *Bathroom has a sliding door, which does not isolate the area properly. It's also heavy and awkward to move, very inconvenient to use, especially at night when your partner is asleep. *Noisy host - two person apartment is above owner's terrace. They often disturbed us with loud music and loud talking (full of swearing in local language). They also had a (noisy) small child which they put outside in early morning, then played them kids songs on a loud speaker *No mosquito nets on windows - there was a repellent available, but I do not prefer this method. *Location - it is close to the sea horizontally (250m), but vertically it's about 55m in altitude (steep hill, lots of stairs). Also it's quite far from the center (~40 min walk) *Apartment is rated 3 stars on Booking, but the official sign at the property states only 2 stars (see photo)
