Location is good. The contact person was attentive and could settle issues promptly.
The TV in my room didn’t work but it was a mini thing for this trip.

The customer service stood out for me - I find Ms Lee to be an excellent CS Manager as she was very helpful and attentive when we had hiccups during our stay for a week at Hotel 57. The rooms were generally clean for a comfortable stay. It was a self-service concept and the place was well-lit and the environment was lively even at night so I believe saying that it was a safe place is not an exaggeration.
Overall it was a week-long convenient and comfortable stay. Keep up the good work Hotel 57!!
The hiccups were the faulty AC and clean sheets but Ms Lee had dealt with the issues instantly so all good I must say!

Stayed for 3days 2nights love the hotel so much, easy check-in just scan/call the no. paste at the wall, the staff was verg friendly & lead u clearly.
The room is very nice & clean with a hugh window facing a big mall. Very accessible. Many shops & restaurants by walking distance. Ample parking can even see ur car fr ur window.

Fairly clean but sterile.
It’s a very basic property. It doesn’t even have staff on duty, so you’ll have to find a way to pay online (if you’re meant to pay at the property) and retrieve the door code, keys etc yourself.
