Masseria Muntibianchi is truly an extraordinary place. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by beauty, refinement, and tranquility. Everything is elegant and beautifully designed, yet the atmosphere remains warm and peaceful. Our room was absolutely lovely, and the private garden at the back was incredibly quiet and relaxing.
What made our stay even more special was the exceptional kindness of everyone we met. Whether at the restaurant, reception, pool bar, or spa, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The restaurant service was particularly outstanding, and the servers were not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. We would also like to give a special mention to the ladies serving breakfast, who greeted us every morning with a beautiful, heartfelt “Buongiorno” and the warmest smiles. Their kindness and genuine warmth made each morning even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Pasta & Love experience, which we highly recommend. It was such a wonderful and memorable experience to learn how to make traditional Puglian pasta with Noemi, who is incredibly kind and welcoming, assisted by Valeria. Valeria was also our guide for our visit to Otranto. She was absolutely wonderful—so kind, knowledgeable, and generous in sharing her love and knowledge of the region.
We also rented e-bikes and explored some of the beautiful attractions nearby, including Grotta della Poesia and Torre Sant’Andrea. After a day of exploring, coming back to relax by the beautiful pool felt very well deserved!
To complete our stay, we enjoyed the spa, followed by a relaxing massage and a gastronomic dinner in a truly wonderful setting within the Masseria. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience.
We are leaving Masseria Muntibianchi with one thought: we would love to come back. This place is spectacular, serene, and truly feels like an escape.

The resort was comfortable with a beautiful main pool area. The gardens were well maintained with beautiful mature trees and plants. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is about 5 minutes out from Otranto by car, which is deceiving as you can’t easily walk into town as you travel by main roads. You need a car to stay there. We easily parked in town in free and paid parking just at entry of the town. We loved our stay.
The restaurant was very nice for dinner but on the pricey side.

Fabulous Masseria in a quiet location, extremely peaceful, fabulous food and wine list, staff were fabulous, very clean and chic.
Bed was quite hard as were the pillows (not to our liking) there was also no toilet by the pool which was inconvenient.
