Clean, affordable walking distance to Main Street. Staff were warm and friendly upon arrival and very helpful.

The location was great, very close to cafes, shops and pubs but quiet. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated the biscuits. Liked the toiletries, but there was no hair conditioner. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent.
The dark brick walls. The lighting in the living area was inadequate. A light is needed above the couch for reading. The water in the shower was the opposite to what was marked on the taps. The hot tap was cold and the cold tap was hot. I wasted a lot of time and water working that out.

Room was clean and bed comfortable
It was upstairs and that was not what was booked. Have mobility issues stairwell well not lit and shrub on rail was over bannister
