Stayed twice at beginning and end of trip to Malaysia. I was travelling on to somewhere else and was able to leave a suitcase between my 2 stays, which was very helpful and saved me luggage storage fees.
First room was a standard room and was a bit small . On second visit I was given an upgrade. Good sized space with separate sitting area and kitchenette.
Comfortable bed.
Lovely swimming pool - need to ask for towels at reception
Good breakfast but a bit limited on western options.
A/c was a bit noisy - needs updating.
Abit far out but easy and cheap to get a grab

- Reasonable price for the relatively large size of the room.
- There's a walking bridge over the big busy road, so it can easily access the supermarket nearby and a brunch of popular bakery (Kenny Hills).
- Even the area is surrounded by numerous foreign embassies, it's not so quiet, as you can still hear noise from the big road.
- The room was cleaned every day, but we saw several small insects crawling on the bathroom wall, toilet seat and bedroom floor. It's maybe due to the climate, but the other serviced apartments type hotel we stayed at just before this hotel, we didn't see any...
- Breakfast buffet menu didn't have a good varieties and didn't change much while we stayed there (3 nights).
- It seems the hotel has a contract with a big tour groups, so if we're unlucky, we had to have a breakfast with those tour groups who were noisy and not so good mannered.
- We had a sudden black out only in our room on the second day of our stay and had to wait a while till it comes back on.
