I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a perfect stay with amazing and helpful staff, a great location, and charming touches throughout the apartment. Surely, may I come again, I will stay here.

One small comment which could give the last 0.1% to 100% satisfaction ;-) in the kitchen a bit of salt and olive oil.

Appartamento in centro

Appartamento a pochi passi dal centro...in una bellissima via piena di aranci. Locale pulito,letti comodi,bagno spazioso. Piccolo balconcino che da sulla via. Unica "pecca" la mancanza di un vero tavolo da cucina però ci siamo arrangiati lo stesso. Parcheggio per auto a pagamento a pochi minuti. Carlos il proprietario persona gentilissima e super disponibile..ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e ci ha consigliato al meglio. Consigliato.

Un très bon séjour à Séville

Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre à pied tous les principaux monuments, centre ville 10/15’. Grand studio très bien équipé , Déco vintage sympa, literie top, accueil très disponible. Résidence sûre, accès facile par digicode, quartier agréable.

Studio entresol avec peu de luminosité, côté rue donc un peu bruyant le matin. Douche à l’italienne manque d’étanchéité. Pas de chaîne TV française.

Wir hatten die Suite und die war wunderbar. Das gesamte Haus ist so geschmackvoll, sauber und besonders - auch das Personal ist äußerst freundlich wir würden wieder buchen!

Spacious, comfy and clean

Well located in the old town. A nice old building well renovated. Lots of public space. Well maintained.

It was great but lacked some details. Bathroom was big but no towel rail. Kitchen area had no light above it so you had to floodlight the whole living room to make a cuppa.

Visita navideña por palacios y mercadillos de Sevilla.

Limpieza, comodidad, amplitud. Estaba muy bien equipado. Está bien aislado, es muy silencioso. Decoración excelente. Está muy cerca pero no en pleno centro, por lo que no tiene ni ruidos ni molestias del barullo.

Es algo mínimo y anecdótico pero no tenían pilas las luces de las mesitas del dormitorio y al final a mí también se me olvidó decirlo en recepción.

Todo!.Los apartamentos están cuidados al más mínimo detalle. El espacio está súper bien aprovechado. Las camas son super cómodas y a pesar de estar muy céntrico no hay ruido. Viajamos en familia con un bebé y nos proporcionaron todo lo necesario. Nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil y cómoda. Muchas gracias! Seguro que repetiremos

What a super place

The location of the apartment was superb and the apartment itself was large and very well equipped. The seats on the outside terrace were a nice bonus. The staff were excellent with their communication, being both prompt and helpful. All in all, a great place from which to explore Seville.

Great apartment with very nice moorish decoration and great comfort

Amazing decorative details, makes this en-suite apartment feel a luxurious stay, but very comfortable at the same time

Kitchen facilities were very limited, with very limited options for cooking a meal. That suited us though, as we didn’t plan doing any serious cooking at all. The basics allows to cook an emergency omelette, let’s say. We had an improvised wonderful tapas dinner in the patio

Great apartment in the centre of Seville.

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Irene recommended where to eat and what to do. Irene spent 20 minutes talking us through where to go. I can't thank her enough for her help! We arrived late so used the key pad to check in and Irene's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is clean and comfortable with 2 great Aircon units. It's very close to all the sites, a great central location.

Our apartment was facing the road so it could be little noisy when cars drove down the cobbles. I think some of the apartments face inwards so may be quieter.

Stylish spacious modern apartment in historical building in a great area, with friendly hosts.

A great friendly welcome by Irene and Luisa, explaining the apartment and local sites. The entrance, hallway and shared areas are very classy, and the room was stylish. The keyless entry system was a great bonus - it made life so much simpler. I liked our five little balconies looking over the street. Everything was clean and well maintained. I like this area of Seville, only a short walk from Las Setas (great for restaurants). It is also just around the corner from Las Duenas palace, which you would never know about unless you went left and left again.....literally a 15 second walk to one of our favourite places in Seville. We were delighted to find out that the name of the place means "the hiding place of Maria", because this is a house where Dona Maria Colonel hid from the king a few hundred years ago. She later founded the convent down the street, from where you can buy cakes without seeing the nuns.

If I had to think of one thing: It would be good to have a small dining table / breakfast bar with chairs, as the only place to sit to eat is on the sofa.

Exceeded our exceptations

If you want to stay in a quiet old town neighborhood that is not right in the middle of all the thousands of tourist I recommend this apartment. There are good restaurants/tapas bars/food markets close by and the major sights are 10 to 20 minutes (walking) away. The train station is a 20 minute walk. The staff (on site during the day) are friendly and very accommodating. They had very good recommendations on what to see and where to eat. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to the deluxe apartment on the top floor. The apartment was beautiful and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an interior outside balcony. We looked at some of the other units and they also appeared to be exceptional. Our 5 night stay in this apartment made our time in Seville complete. The complex has an elevator and is in a nice part of town.

If you have a car parking on the street or in a garage can take a little effort.
