Special mention to the kindness of the staff.
The diner and breakfast were very tasty and refreshing.
Great location for us looking forward to hiking in Amagi mountains, the hot bath on the balcony is a great addition to an already nice room.

Everything! The room is beautiful as the pictures, we discovered that we can use other private onsens if you book it at the reception. The food was AMAZING! I you stay there you have to take the dinner course! We took standard and it was gourmet Italian. I really want to return and order the higher course.
The staff is so lovely. If you need a break, it's the place to go!
Nothing! The only thing I can say (and honestly I find it cute) they are old school. They use CDS for the lounge playlist, and even in the room, you can find a Hawaiian CD to make you feel like you are in heaven. I loved it!
