Très bien sans les désagréments des travaux

Sa localisation idéale, son accès privatif à la plage, son confort, son équipement, sa propreté et vue sur mer.

Malheureusement, pendant toute la semaine de notre séjour, il y avait des travaux sur toute la rue donnant accès au parking privé et sur le parking public donnant sur la terrasse et la chambre occasionnant bruit toute la journée, coupure d’eau et difficulté d’accès à la résidence. Ces désagréments n’étaient pas précisés par booking, ni par l’agence. Vu l’ampleur des travaux, nous aurions préféré que cela soit stipulé à l’avance dans le descriptif. ceci aurait été plus honnête et correct d’en informer le client avant sa decision de réservation en lui laissant le choix de décider de son séjour en fonction des désagréments engendrés par ces travaux, un geste commercial aurait été de rigueur….

Une semaine très agréable dans une location bien située, un appartement accueillant.

Appartement bien situé, chaleureux, bien équipé, petit paquet de bienvenue très apprécié !

Quelques petits détails au niveau du nettoyage et des ustensiles de cuisine mis à disposition, mais rien de catastrophique

Absolut Top für einen Meeres-Badeurlaub (App. B401)

Strandnähe (50m), Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Meerblick (nach Westen), Alles da, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt

Am Balkon wäre ein Sonnenschutz nicht schlecht, damit man auch am Abend draußen sitzen kann (Ende Juni brennt ab ca. 17.30h die Sonne gnadenlos hin); das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu hart

Vue sur la mer au coucher du soleil, résidence très propre et très calme ( séjour première semaine d'octobre ) Accès à pied à la plage !

appartement agréable si pas d'odeurs provenant de la SDE et mis à disposition d'un parking

Très bons points: très bon emplacement , accès direct à la plage, centre ville proche à pieds. Très belle résidence, bien entretenue et propre.

Par contre mauvais point: pas de Parking alors que sur la fiche Booking parmi les points forts de ce logement était mentionné un parking, nous avons été déçus d'apprendre après avoir réservé que cet appartement ne disposait pas de parking. La résidence n'étant pas occupée à taux plein en cette période on aurait pu nous proposer un parking... Mauvais points également (très négatif) : pas de ventilation et d'aération suffisantes dans la salle d'eau et WC d'où odeurs nauséabondes et très désagréables, obligés d'ouvrir les portes fenêtres pour aérer... Porte d'entrée avec un jour sur le côté, cela provoque un courant d'air car pas de porte de séparation avec le séjour. Porte d'entrée à côté de l'ascenseur (en période juillet/août les allées et venues doivent engendrer des bruits insupportables).

Perfect paradise

Absolutely phenomenal! Great value and everything you need. Beautiful view of the beach, air conditioning, all amenities included. The agency was very professional and explained clearly how to check in and out. We had no problems at all and we will be back for sure!!! Love this place ❤️

There was nowhere to rinse your feet after the beach, so sand was everywhere

Poor holiday.

Nothing, none of the requirements requested were not available on arrival.

No agent on arrival had to rely on emails with poor directions for the key. No parking for my car which was requested. Poor

Great view but frightening experience with air conditioning flooding tv electrics

The view is wonderful, the bay is among the worlds wonders. The apartment itself is very comfortable

The air conditioning unit is situated above the tv and it flooded all of the electrics of the tv, sockets etc which is both a fire and electrocution risk. It’s negligent of the owner to allow this to continue and poses a risk to guests and neighbours. Apart from this, it’s a lovely place to stay

Not satisfactory.

Pretty easy. Instructions were clear

The apartment was very dirty. Dust and hair on the floor. Sheets were clean but the floors and bathrooms were not cleaned properly.

not straight onto beach and no car parking had to use car park 3mins away hard to find somewhere to stop and unload our luggage

Very kind staff. Clara is a very nice person, all information was accurate.

Cleaning was not good. I found the room with dust on the furniture and sun cream on the chairs, etc. The sofa was old with a dirty and smelly coverlet. All the information inside only in french!

Exceptional

The position next to the beach and walking distance to the centre ..i would advice more then 1 toilet roll and we missed a tea towell ..we are in hostellerie so we left it very clean ..air con was a big plus

Great location, but too expensive for size and offering.

Close to the beach. lovely big terrace. Friendly people and checkin

Too small and uncomfortable. No WiFi. No coffee. Missing sheets for my daughter’s bunk bed. Not clean, especially the terrace.

Quite uncomfortable

The location is right on the beach and from the apartment is possible to see the see

I didn’t like the fact that there was no wi-fi and also the fact that the host could barely speak in English, which I consider very important. I didn’t like also the size of the apartment because it’s not for 4 people, as considered on booking. The worst thing was that the beds weren’t done at our arrival and we had to make them by ourselves.

Highly recommended for couples or business travels

Right by the water, the building is in an amazing location ! The apartment is very cute and clean. Very well equipped, quiet at this time of the year. Would be an amazing choice for a couple or someone traveling for business.

I waited over an hour outside because I had unfortunately missed the information email including the check in procedure (asking to make an appointment before showing up). It wasn't clear enough on the B.com accommodation page that I had to call to announce my arrival, I thought the arrival time special request feature would have been enough. The lady over the phone told me she would show up within the next 30-45 minutes but arrived over an hour later. (Booking made the same day of the first night). Check-out was very reassuring though regarding the professionalism of the agency taking care of this holiday apartment.

I didn’t like anything about my apartment, A402 The apartment was awful, l wound not recommend it at all. I would especially not recommend Veronique agency or the manager of the appartement Chateau Leenhardt as they have refused to come to see the apartment when l asked them to. They have been dishonest.

Apartment A402; when the electricity went off l have asked the agency Veronique /and the manager to come , but did reply to my calls, did not fix it. The apartment was noisy as the camping site was outside. The view was the camping site and their toilet, not the sea view as advertised. I have tried for more than 24 hrs to contact Agency Veronique and the manager, but they never replied. They were unprofessional and dishonest.
