We came here on the last night of our trip, right before we left Japan and it might have been the best decision we could have made. The dinosaurs were, naturally, amazing, we did use the claw machines and also bought a plushie. The thing that we did not really expect and what made the choice for the end of the trip so amazing is that the room was SO spacious. It was the only stay during our trip where both of us could open our massive suitcases at the same time, on the floor, and also be able to move around to pack and repack everything. There was a washing machine and a dryer, which we didnt use both because it was full the whole time and because we didnt really need them at that point. What really helped us was the vacuum sealer (i am not sure what the correct name is, but it sealed things in a bag without the air), so we could have these compact bricks of clothes and plushies without not being able to close the suitcase.
There was a foot massager, which, after weeks of walking 30k steps daily, was very appreciated.
The bathroom and toilet being separated was also great.
There was also the possibility of late checkout, which we used (not too expensive) because we had to finish some work, and the room was just so much better than looking for a coffee shop.
Overall in love and we wish we would be able to stay longer.
The location is a little ambiguous, in my opinion. I am very big on not having to travel far to get to a hotel, so in that sense, this was probably the least convenient of my stays. That in no way means the location was bad, just not “three minutes away from Shibuya Station” kind of great.
The main issue is getting to and from the hotel with suitcases. The subway station is a pleasant walk away, or one or two bus stops depending on where you are coming from, which is perfectly fine under normal circumstances. However, the buses were very full at the times we needed them, and having massive suitcases with us made that a pretty awkward situation. We didn’t want to annoy everyone on an already packed bus by squeezing in with all our luggage, so we ended up walking instead.
If you are staying for a couple of days and just commuting normally without luggage, I really don’t think the location is a problem at all. They also have a hotel shuttle bus, and I might just be dumb, but I couldn’t really figure out where to find it, so we went on foot, which, with the suitcases, was not particularly fun.
The breakast was also just slightly underwhelming, but still good.

It was in a quieter area but still very close to the Disney theme parks and close to public transport. The kids loved the robot dinosaurs!
