The location was exceptional rite infront of the beach
No restaurant in this place or villas you have to order food from out side and no Bar at this place .

Very good facility, staff and cleanliness. It was worth booking the elevated villa for better view, less mosquitoes and more privacy
There was some times that the restaurant was unresponsive and food was delayed (breakfast scheduled at 9am was delayed a few times, and dinner took maximum 1 hour instead of 30mins)

The location and the view..one of the best to stay in South Goa.
One thing they dont have their own restaurant..and very rigid about things..only staff are here that too..lower level..no managerial team or representative are present.
Though the staff are really very curtious and humble ..and well trained..and on their toes 24X7.
Privacy and luxury is something I can vouch for this property.
