The room was very clean and a nice environment to sleep in. The room felt very safe and secure with the keypad at the front of the building and locks on the apartment door.
It could comfortably sleep 5 if it needed to! For the 3 of us, there was more than enough room.
The kitchen facilities were basic but had a fridge and microwave, cutlery, glassware etc which was perfect for us as a shorter stay.
The hosts were friendly and Dmitri who met us at the apartment was extremely kind and helpful for any questions we had. He also helped us with our bags upstairs.
The apartment is at a different address to what's listed on Google Maps by around a 5-7 minute walk. The apartment address is closer to Ruin Bars, rather than on the main road, Károly krt.
With the 3 beds in the room, it can be squishy to fit bags. There is also no elevator which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for some! The room is on the first floor though and the stairs are very easy - not steep at all!

Great location - everything is near and the quarter is good. The bus station for the airport is about 10 minutes by walking. The apartment was very clean and comfy. I recommend Budapest Holidays Fashion!
