Nice breakfast plenty of different options. Friendly and helpful staff. The excelsior suite room we had was clean, tidy and comfortable and the whirlpool and balcony was nice. The main pool area is lovely and unique from what I’ve seen in Santorini as it’s well covered by trees and umbrellas which provide plenty of shade from the heat. It’s like a little Oasis. There are plenty of amenities nearby - parking, shops, restaurants and it’s a short easy walk to the beach. It’s a really nice area and the hotel has the feel of a nice family run business. They are genuinely good people there that look after their guests. Housekeeping, reception, bar and restaurant staff all do a great job.
Given this is a beach destination, I’d like to have had more options for hanging clothes and towels in the room and balcony. There should be drying racks. Also, two pillows should be standard but we had to ask for a second pillow. The prices for vehicle rentals in the hotel seem to be excessive. Appreciate they need to make a margin on the sale but if you go outside you’ll easily save yourself 20% or more. Their airport transfer service is good value though and worth using.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße, trotzdem nicht laut in den Zimmern, bequeme Betten, großes Badezimmer, Privatpool, nicht einsehbar von außen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir mussten beim Check-out nicht um 11 Uhr raus, sondern durften bis zum Transfer noch das Zimmer nutzen
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und der Kaffee könnten besser sein.

The staff is super kind and very professional and friendly.
