Great location....good sized apartment

Air Conditioning kept resetting itself to 26 deg

This apartment was so beautiful and super close to everything. Definitely worth the price. I absolutley loved the view and the host was welcoming and helpful when needed. Clean apartment and the best part is that its so central and super close to the main attractions in Nice as well as the beach. Lovely stay.

The bathroom had a bit of an iffy smell even though it was clean. Not too sure why.

Close to the beach and old town. Many cafe places around - I especially recommend Zeni Coffee and Edmond. Cafe Fino was a little bit further but it was Worth the walk.

The location was OK.

They said there was an elevator but there was not an elevator. I had terrible time while I was staying there because I had to step up and down the three floors and I am a person with disabilities.

The location is excellent with grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and shopping just a short walk away, as well as the Promenade des Anglais! The bay window was also a lovely place for us to have a late breakfast before heading out for the day. The kitchen is well stocked, however, without a dishwasher we found ourselves rewashing the dishes from the guests before us as they weren't properly cleaned. We took advantage of the washing machine and did a load of wash. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Because it's an older building, there's only a small window in the bathroom that opens to the building shaft. Unfortunately, there's a very unpleasant odor that comes through, even with the window closed. It's a bit unpleasant, but nothing the owner can do about that. The bedroom is very small, but has plenty of storage.

The appartment was located just between the train station and the boulevard (each a ten minute walk), everything was very close such as restaurants, supermarkets ... The view from the appartement was nice (palm trees, church).

The bedroom was very small: the bed and closet fit in, but that was about it. There was a smell in the bathroom that came from the sink, which wasn't very pleasant.

Usually you get the entry- instruction from the owner 1 day before you arrive.Here I have got a short whatsapp message when we landed  that somebody will give us the key, I had to  contact this person also via whatsapp but he didn't answer my messages at all.So the communication level is very poor.  As the weather was rainy and cold we wanted to use the AC for heating,but it was out of order.I requested some support from the owner. She promised everything but nothing happened, we had 3 days in the cold. The kitchen is well equipped but lot's of things are missing and the cleanliness also not perfect.I was disappointed as I expected much better based on booking rate.

the checkin was a nightmare, we were not able to reach the host and kept waiting outside 1 hour until his employee arrived. after that, he mentioned that he needed to fetch some bed linen and would be back in 15min. 1h30 passed and no sign of him. we left anyway and we only saw the bag with the bed linen on our door the next day.

The view from the window in the morning is excellent. even though the apartment faces the north side. palm trees, cathedral and neighboring house, this is a nice picture for morning coffee.

The staff does not speak English. we waited half an hour on the street at night until a cleaner came to us and handed us the keys. late check-in service cost 20 euros. There was a smoking smell, but after 2 days we got used to it. the smell of rotten sewer pipes. as if you live in a basement. this is a problem of old houses, but it is solved by installing a new shower tray. the bedroom closet doors are not working properly, the wheel is stuck. A large crack in the hallway mirror. The technique is sticky from the dirt. The mixer in the kitchen is loose, dangling. dustbin lid does not work, does not open. the walls on the balcony are underpainted, just pieces of putty, with which the damage is covered. Warm duvets are dirty but linens are clean. sleeping on the bed was comfortable. There is a lack of simple liquid soap for 2 euros, this is such a trifle, but there was nothing to wash my hands with at night. No disinfectant. although antiseptics are everywhere now, and they simply have to be in hotels and apartments. All this can be fixed. wash, clean, repair water drains in the shower room (so that stinky air does not pass from the pipes) but the owner of the apartment does not seem to be bothered by this. he did not call us and was not interested in our stay. I will never visit this hotel again. I do not recommend it.

We couldn’t get in touch with anyone when arrived for about 20 min, already thought it was a scam. Looks like the owner wasn’t available, so another person was showing us the apartment. He didn’t speak English at all.

View from the apartment was amazing! Also location is perfect - beach and centre nearby. All facilities were in good condition.

Excellent location.the apartment has everything one can wish for. Even a cold bottle of Rose wine in the fridge. Sarah and Thomas are reliable,punctual and are really doing everything possible to accomodate the wishes or necessities of their guests. My preferred apartment in Nice.

Everything was perfect. Flat owner was a polite guy and speaks too many languages very well. The flat locates in a heart of Nice and it is easy to find whatever we want. There were everything we need inside the flat including the umbrella for beach. The furnitures were perfect and there were two TV (one locates in bedroom). Kitchen was new and clean even the bathroom. I will keep this location on my mind until end of the World.
