Very spacious room. Wonderful balcony. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean and nice. Great place to stay for that money!
Very poor breakfast. I assume it's a common thing for this price range hotels in Georgia.

Sometimes the good old hotel beats a personal apartment or hostel experience as some of the housing in Tblisi can be older.

The front desk, breakfast and housekeeping staff are awesome and I am very grateful for their hard work.
From the moment I checked in, the extremely loud and disruptive hammering on the metal roof next door continued until about 7pm. Around 9pm, the nearby loudspeaker subwoofers began pounding cheesy (yet still nauseating) bass drum techno music that wasn't even cool 20 years ago. That went until about 3:45am, when the drunken nightowl balcony dwellers blast their phone speakers and video calls while chain-smoking gross tobacco smoke and shouting loudly in Russian. (Though in all fairness, the entire property reeks of stale tobacco and smells like an old ashtray that has not been cleaned or emptied.) Also, the sound of large groups shouting in Chinese and slamming their doors until 3am was a trashy bonus. The bathroom reeks of sewage and makes you gag. The "large" bed was just two single childrens' beds pushed together such that you fall through them. The dog next door incessantly barking like a rabid distemper patient was merely the toxic cherry on top. There is no garden view, as claimed in the property's listing. The TV had only two channels that worked, both Russian news. An overpriced and regrettably stressful experience. The best part was leaving. I hate this place.
