Aankomen in een bijzonder oud gebouw dat met smaak is verbouwd naar de standaard van nu. Ideale ligging ten opzichten van de oude cité. In een leuk straatje met gezellige restaurantjes maar toch super rustig in het appartement. Een aanrader.
Het regelen van de parkeerplaats was even ongemakkelijk en best wel prijzig. Maar achteraf hebben we daar geen spijt van want het is wel heel prettig om de auto zo dichtbij te parkeren.

I stayed at Bacon 4. I made a reservation for a parking space, but I arrived late and the parking area was already full. I had to leave my car poorly parked inside the parking area.
The accommodation was very clean and had excellent equipment and amenities.
However, there is a MAJOR PROBLEM with the facilities: around 70% of the walls and ceilings are made of a plastic-coated material. This could be flammable, and if there were an electrical problem or an issue with the gas boiler causing a spark, it could potentially lead to a fire. There are no fire extinguishers.
Apart from this, everything else was excellent.
Ich war im Bacon 4. Ich hatte einen Parkplatz reserviert, aber ich kam spät an und der Parkplatz war bereits voll. Deshalb musste ich mein Auto schlecht innerhalb des Parkplatzes abstellen.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet.
Allerdings gibt es bei den Einrichtungen ein GROSSES PROBLEM: Etwa 70 % der Wände und Decken bestehen aus einem kunststoffbeschichteten Material. Dieses Material könnte brennbar sein. Sollte es ein elektrisches Problem geben oder der Gasboiler einen Funken verursachen, könnte dies möglicherweise zu einem Brand führen. Es gibt keine Feuerlöscher.
Abgesehen davon war alles andere ausgezeichnet.
Me quede en Bacon 4. Hice reserva de parking. Llegue tarde y el parking completo. Deje el coche mal aparcado dentro del parking. La vivienda con limpieza. Excelente equipamiento. Instalaciones con un GRAN PROBLEMA, el 70% de paredes y techos son de un material plastificado. Eso puede ser inflamable y si hay un problema eléctrico o la caldera de gas, salte una chispa podría tener fuego. No hay extintores. El resto todo excelente

Brennbare Materialien an den Wänden. Ich weiß nicht, ob diese Materialien von der Feuerwehr und den örtlichen Behörden genehmigt wurden.

The location was great. Generally reasonable .
The flat was sparsly furnished, poor storage and too many things did not work. One wardrobe for 2 bedrooms and only 4 hangers, although they provided more when asked. The entrance hall had mould on one wall which looks like it's clean after every hire but the root of the problem not tackled.
