Breakfast is great with fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt, ham, cheese and eggs and great coffee. Rooms are very big, cleaned every day and the location is center to all cesky raj has to offer.

Standard 3-star hotel breakfast, but we really appreciated the extended breakfast time (till 9:30 weekdays/10:00 AM on weekends). Great hotel lounge room - kids really liked it. Adults as well, as there was a fridge with great Svijany beers (including 0%) and lemonades. Perfect location for a quiet weekend with family or friends. The only attractions accessible without a car are Svijany brewery (best lager beer in Czech, IMO), a beer restaurant and a beer shop. Beer shop is worth mentioning separately, as it sells not just the beers from the brewery at bargain prices, but also all kinds of useful merch - including all kinds of Svijany-branded sports and casual under/outer wear of a decent quality.
They could provide a bit more variety at the breakfast.
Payment terminal for the beer fridge at the hotel lounge would be appreciated, as it's hard to get cash in the vicinity.

A very nice place. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast, pretty good coffee. And most importantly, close to the brewery, a wonderful restaurant, and delicious beer.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with remarkable exhibits and archeological findings of the building and the region during the middle ages. Our room was delightful for our one night stay overlooking the Svijany area and the rock formations beyond. Very peaceful and calm, with convenient access to the restaurant and beer shop right across the road and the Svijany brewery for a educational tour. I highly recommend booking yourself in for the beer spa.
The breakfast was a little uninspiring but did the job in keeping us feed and caffeinated. There isn't much else to not like other than it is a little isolated. But not a big issue
