great location, clean and well furnished

This property is in the perfect location, right next to a main tram stop and the train station- perfect for seeing as many sights as possible. This apartment is very practical and cosy with everything you need after a long day of exploring. Olivia is also a great host who checked in on me upon my arrival and was at my disposal when needed. Very clean and modern and the balcony is a perfect addition also.

Bed was not so confortable but the whole apartmant was very nice

The location of the apartment, very close to the train station, 30 minutes from the airport, everything that is transport in the city and outside it is very easy to access. All respect to Mrs. Olivia, any information you need I will be happy to help you. Everything was very nice, the apartment was exactly to our taste, a wonderful city full of tourists. We will return at the first opportunity.

Very central location, convenient access to train and tram - very suitable for travellers who want to explore region and travel by train. Flat has small balcony, well equipped kitchenette.

nothing I can say really, all seemed good

small but very cozy. air conditioning was a really welcomed addition. We enjoyed the TV and fast internet as well. The kitchen is well fitted and you have cleaning tools as well. Loft is pretty warm but the owner has placed a very helpful fan. Area is also top with train station round the corner and tram stop direct downstairs. The owner was very friendly and helpful

the only negative thing is that there was just one key and no doorphone

the property description is false as it advertises a sofa/sofa bed and a double bed. the room was tiny, no sheets provided for the sofa bed, food was left in the fridge.

The place was clean and had all the comforts of home. Stove, fridge, dishes, pots, coffee maker, air conditioning, tv, iron & board. We got much more than we expected. Olivia was very responsive whenever I emailed and a great help with things in the neighborhood.

The place for me is not ok and is not good . l have 1.85 for walk in the place impossible.

Well located, clean, well equipped

The apartment was small, but everyting there was. The most important advententage was localisation, because we bisited all French Riviera.

The most complicated aspect was desposit.

The best about this property was definitely the location. It was located right at Nice’s main shopping street and you could reach everything by tram within 15 minutes or less (also the beach and the old town). As the studio was also located on the fifth floor and the windows were well isolated, there was almost no disturbance from the noises on the street. The property was also in 5 minute walking distance from the train station Nice Ville and was very easily reachable when we arrived. The property was also furnished in a pretty way and looked appealing. It was also quite functional, we were happy about the well working air-conditioning and about some extra facilities like the washing machine, a B box (so you could watch your own movies on the TV) and a parasol. The building was also very nice and we felt safe. The check-in and check-out went very smoothly and the communication with the host was also convenient and friendly. It is also one of the most budget-friendly options to be found in the centre of Nice. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Nissa and would recommend the property.

Unfortunately, the cleaning of the property was only done on a very shallow level. We were unpleasantly surprised to find out that the dishes were not washed very well and some had stains on them. The bathroom cupboards had dust and some hair in it and generally the bathroom was left a little dirty. From the air-conditioning there was dirt coming down onto the bed and the floor, which was very annoying as we had to have the air conditioning on due to the hot temperatures. The balcony looks a lot nicer on the photos of this property. First of all, the artificial turf on the photos is not there. You can sit on the balcony if you really want but the floor is extremely dirty, there is almost no space to sit, there’s dirt coming down from the walls and it is also very loud there from the streets (so not very relaxing at any time of the day).
