Huge house for a happy family time.

The place is extremely quiet, in beautiful valley settings, hause is large and stylish. Lots of parking space, big dining area, good heating, good water pressure.

There was nothing wrong with the place, but If I had a magic wand I would want a sauna instead of a children toy room.

Unfriendly owner using a monitoring camera

We booked the house due to its location as well as the facilities that was good enough for 3 families.. the house in itself was clean and organized and the location was awesome..

The owners used a camera to monitor what guests are doing outside without notifying us..we discovered it only the last day... Not sure what the the privacy laws in Austria are. The owner should have notified us.. We were there in summer. Quite some mosquitoes of different types, hampering sleep as well as a nice time at the house. The mosquitoes I think is because of the cow farm on the premises... Last but not least, the owner was very unfriendly, not even a smile on his face during greeting even..

Schönes Wochenende aufgrund des Vermieters aber absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Unterkunft war schön. Wird aber leider aufgrund des Vermieters nicht empfohlen oder wieder gebucht

Bereits zu Beginn bei Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter ließen uns Sätze von ihm wie „er lebe von der Kaution“ hellhörig werden. Warum er Aussagen wie diese sagt, stellten wir im Anschluss an den Aufenthalt mit Entsetzen fest. Schon in der ersten Nacht haben wir in der gegenüberliegenden Scheune eine Kamera, versteckt in der Holzverkleidung, zufälligerweise entdeckt. Die Kamera war genau auf die Terrasse und das Haus gerichtet. Wir wurden vorher weder darüber informiert noch haben wir unsere Zustimmung erteilt! Bei der Konfrontation mit dem Vermieter reagierte dieser stets unhöflich und beteuerte, dass die Aufzeichnungen nur im Ausnahmefall bei Schäden ausgewertet werden. Im Nachgang stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass er uns über die Kamera beobachtet hatte, da er wusste zu welcher Tageszeit wir die Tür offen hatten. Ein paar Tage nach Abreise erhielten wir dann eine Nachricht vom Vermieter, dass der Backofen angeblich irreparable Schäden durch Verschmutzungen aufweist und er und ein von ihm hinzugezogener „Fachmann“ waren der festen Überzeugung, dass wir die Kosten für einen neuen Backofen übernehmen müssen. Dieser wurde von uns aber nur für Kleinigkeiten verwendet. Die Beweisbilder, welche wir vom Vermieter erhalten haben, zeigen dass es sich entweder um unterschiedliche Öfen handelt oder die Bilder von einem anderen Zeitpunkt stammten. Plötzlich war der Ofen wieder sauber obwohl er angeblich hätte komplett getauscht werden müssen. Da er trotzdem mehr als die Hälfte der Kaution einbehalten hat mit der Begründung "Aufwand für Reinigung" aber ohne jegliche Nachweise, Rechnungen etc., haben wir uns nun gezwungen gefühlt, einen Anwalt einzuschalten. Unterkunft ist also leider nicht zu empfehlen.
