rooms are very clear, cleaning every day, cute dog

wifi didn’t work in the room, therefore, it was suggested to change the room 👍 but sometimes WiFi didn’t work normally.

Excellent

The owners were so friendly and wouldn't hesitate to be as hospitable as they could. Richie the dog was a great addition! Felt like a homestay more than a hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location

We stayed here as it was a cheaper option during the long weekend of a national holiday. Location was good for being between Çeşme and Alaçati and near Ilica beach. The minbus for both passed near the hotel. The room was nice and clean and bright.

The hot water was not consistent. It seemed to run out late morning :-( when it was hot it was great but had to take a couple of lukewarm showers. Unfortunately there were loud guests. We were woken at 5am and on the first night and 2am on the 2nd night by groups of guests talking very loudly in the hallway for a long time and then in their room next to us. I know that the hotel can't help that, but it may be indicate that the hotel is for young people who go out late and don't care about other guests.....

Cozy and warm

Kiraz hotel is cozy hotel, belongs to nice and warmful family. Rooms are very clean, towels change everyday, bed is comfy, location is silent. I came here with my friends and we felt ourselves like we are at our own family place, somewhere far from big city rush. Furniture looks little bit aged than on pictures, but it gives hotel some his own charm and story. Hotel has huge terrace in garden where we spent time at evening. Hotel has walking location from Ilica beach (about 15-20 minutes). Breakfast is typical for Turkey and delicious. Host was so nice and helped us to find local car rent service. If I would come to Alacati again, I would like to stay here again, definitely.

Cute little hotel. Bonus points for the staff - They were kind enough to drive me to the bus station, help me buy the tickets, help me take care of my luggage while i picked some food. Really touched. :)

Comfy little hotel close to the beach

Location was fine, 15 minutes on foot to the Ilica Beach. Although Alacati is not for visitors without a car, and people are less used to foreigners, however our hosts made us feel comfortable and they were very nice even though they spoke little English. The breakfast was wonderful, really worth it. Room and all other places were very clean.

The wifi sometimes was a bit weak at the room, and the walls (might be a Turkish thing as happened in all other hotels as well) are very thin and you can hear the neighbours talk or making noise.

Exceptional service

The hotel is situated in a quiet area despite being very close to the main roads. Ilıca beach is within walking distance and the Alaçatı city center can be reached by taking a minibus from the Rıza Ertan bus stop or by taking a nearby scooter or even by walking if one wants to go sightseeing. Moreover, the owners were very kind and helpful. The hotel has a very beautiful garden with flowers and a cute and small French bulldog. The traditional turkish breakfast was very nice as one can see from the photos. In addition, the hotel was very clean and I can honestly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a great time in Alaçatı/Ilica.

Nice stay & good value for money

Location is good, you can reach to Ilica Beach and the centre by walking, breakfast was very nice & peaceful, staff was helpful, room was clean, despite two nights stay, they changed our towel and bed sheets. Also private car park is life saver!

This is not directly related to facility, the people who stayed at floor zero were very noisy, especially at very late hours, they woke us up!

Close to the seaside

Breakfast is delicious and is served separately for each room. We had a little cosy balcony of our own. Rooms are cleaned every day, and housekeeping is very professional. Pick up and drop off happened on time. Hotel is small and comfy. You can reach the seaside in 10-15 minutes by walk, and the city center is as far as a 30-minute walk. They satisfied my last-minute request for a separate bed without any issue or additional charge.

Even though it's written they speak English they don't. We managed to more or less reach a common ground in most cases but it was still very inconvenient. For example, I booked a pickup a couple of days before the check-in and sent them the address to pick me up from. Then I reconfirmed everything with them a day before the pickup - and they replied they'd come no problem. Then the day of the pickup they started calling my ukrainian number which was in roaming charging me a decent amount of money for the call, asking me about the address again. In Turkish! I don't speak Turkish and never said I did. I kept telling them I don't understand Turkish but they couldn't speak English as well. Eventually, the pick up happened but I was very stressed about it. Another annoying thing that happened is my friends went to order Turkish coffee from them. I wasn't there so I cannot be 100% sure my friends got it right but they said reception told them it's going to be 1 Turkish lira for a cup of coffee. My friend paid 10 Turkish lira for 2 coffees but they didn't give him any change back. He went to ask them for change - and they said it was 10 Turkish lira for 2 cups of coffee. Then my another friend went to try to figure it out - and they said it's now 10 Turkish lira for one coffee so we have to pay them 10 Turkish lira more. That was very annoying, and I felt extremely stressed afterwards. The problem is not the money - we would pay 100 Turkish lira for that coffee if they asked to - the problem is that they think foreigners are stupid and can be easily lied to and mislead. In general it doesn't look like the owners care much about their business and the well-being of their guests. They look and act completely indifferent and maybe even a little annoyed. WiFi is very unreliable and slow.

Superb

Outstanding breakfast with pretty good serving in hotel's yard, consists of fresh bread, boiled egg, meze plates of different types, fried potatos (or sausages), tomatos, cucumber and chili pepper. Lovely garden and greens all around territory: pomegranate trees, banana palms, well tended grass. Perfectly tidy room with private bathroom, well equipped, white and purple colors of walls and furniture, confy bed, clean sheets, towels, cover and pillows. Bedclothes is changed everyday as well as the room cleaning is made. Calm area around. Room has a cute balcony goes to garden and neighbour's tile roof, floor-to-ceiling window gives a room enough light. There are a good working aircon, a small fridge, a little sofa and a table inside. Both Ilica beach and dolmus stops (if you plan to visit Cesme and Alacati) are easily reached. Strongly recommended to feel real turkish hospitality and warm welcome.

Lack of wifi signal time to time. Noise from an aisle (talking, tramping etc.) strikes upon the room. No bed lamp that could bring some cosiness. One can be confound of permanent owner's presence (a large family) in lobby - you always feel like a guest.
